Die folgenden Listen enthalten Ressourcen, die für all jene von Interesse sein dürften, die die goreanische Philosophie und Gesellschaft besser verstehen möchten. Vieles auf Gor wurde von antiken irdischen Kulturen und Gesellschaften inspiriert, und die hier aufgeführten Quellen beschreiben genau diese antiken Zivilisationen im Detail. Ich habe viele dieser Ressourcen für meine eigenen Forschungen über Gor verwendet. Die Ressourcen sind in Sachbücher, belletristische Bücher und Websites unterteilt. Diese Schriftrolle ist zudem ein fortlaufendes Projekt, das im Laufe der Zeit erweitert wird.

Gates of Fire
Gates of Fire von Steven Pressfield (Bantam Books 1998) handelt von der berühmten spartanischen Verteidigung der Thermopylen gegen die mächtige persische Armee. Ich empfehle dieses Buch jedem wärmstens. Du wirst viel von Gor in seinen Seiten finden.
Die Barsoom-Serie
Die Barsoom-Serie (auch als Mars-Serie bekannt) von Edgar Rice Burroughs ist über verschiedene Verlage erhältlich. Die Bücher können auch online gelesen oder im Buchhandel erworben werden.
